She was predeceased by: her parents, Hooper Gregg and Lily Corn Gregg; her husband Herbert Coates; her children, Sharon Taylor, David Stevie and Danny Coates; her grandson Timmy Coates; and her brother Carrol Gregg.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Revis (Michael), Michael Harvey Coates and Ray Coates (Jody); her siblings, Mary Dean Anders (James) and Don Gregg (Peggy); and her grandchildren, Tonya Bowman (Jeremy), Daniel Pack, Dereck Coates (Lindsey), Lee Coates and Melanie Rector (Sam). She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
