She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Chandler and Ollie Jarvis Chandler; her former husband Edward Phillips; her husband Dan Young; her siblings, Irene Miller, Eloise Blankenship, Earl and Ray Chandler; and her grandson Brandon Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Phillips (Jeanine), Jeff Phillips and Jeanna Brown (Steve); her grandchildren, Brittney Whitworth (Matt), Leslie Ebert (Allen), Holden Phillips (Haley), Hailee Phillips, Kylie Mudegowdra, Lexi Groesser (Corey), Paul and Emma Brown; her great grandchildren, Hudson, Blair Whitworth, Gavyn, Nixon Ebert, Harper Shelby Phillips, Niam, Neel Mudegowdra and Juliette Groesser; her sister Linda Maynor (Wade); and her siblings-in-law, Charles Blankenship and Norma Chandler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
