It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth E. Rice (Weaverville, North Carolina), who passed away on February 16, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucius Rice and Leithy Arrington; and her siblings, Thelma Clark, J. D. Rice, Esther Rice, Georgia Hensley and Junior Rice.
She is survived by: her daughter Angela Rice; her grandchildren, Delia Robles, Keridah Robles, Justin Rice and Vincent Lee II; her great grandchildren, Spencer Lee, Kendall Rice and Tristan Rice; and her siblings, Nancy Lunsford, Tina Rector, Ruby McEntire and Carlos Rice.
