She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lloyd and Hazel LeMaster Lloyd; her husband Richard Stephen; and her siblings, Anna Butcher, Joseph Lloyd and Wallace Lloyd.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Stephen (Pat) and Robin Herber (Kevin); her sister Margaret Anderson; her granddaughters, Michelle Mills and Jessica Klingel; her great grandchildren, Shelby Witte and Kaytlynn Mills; and her great great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Brettley, Masenn, Kiarrah and Delilah Witte.
According to Norma's wishes, in lieu of flowers, if anyone should choose to make a donation, reach out and help someone less fortunate.
