He is survived by: his wife Amanda Staples Fisher; his daughters, Eliza Rhiannon Fisher and Molly Emma Fisher; his nephew Christopher Bennett Lentz; his sister Cathy Fisher Jennings (Tom); his uncle Carroll Orr; and his pet Spike.
