She is survived by: her daughter Loriann (Max); her grandchildren, Morgan and Heather; her daughter Patricia (Jeffery); her grandchildren, Tim, Amber, Jennifer, Anthony and Jacob; her daughter Terri; and her grandchildren, Lita Renee', Jack Jr. and Will. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
