She was predeceased by: her parents, W. M. "Bill" Rice and Annie Mae Teague Rice; her stepparent Elzora Taylor Rice; her husband James Nathaniel Morrow; her daughter Bobbie Doris Morrow; and her brother Roger Rice.
She is survived by: her children, James W. Morrow (Michelle) and Kesha Hitch (Eric); her grandchildren, Shannon Morrow (Chrissy), Tiffany Morrow and Eric Douglas Hitch, II (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Kymani, James-Dion, Laila and LaDawn; and her brother Robert Rice (Maryann). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
