She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Franklin and Edith Blankenship Franklin; and her siblings, Brenda Kerr and Bruce Franklin. She is survived by: her brothers, Ray A. Franklin (Elaine) and Bob Franklin (Donna); her brother-in-law Col. Charles Kerr; her nieces and nephews, Nicole, Jason, Zach, Caleb and Laura; her great-niece Riley; her great-nephews, Carter and Walker; her uncle David Blankenship (Dee); her aunts, Jean Lloyd (Dallas), Mildred Winders (William), Alma Blankenship, Alma Toms and Kim; and her friends, Vicki, Karen and Sonya.
Viewing will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the West Funeral Home (17 Merrimon Ave, Weaverville, NC 28787). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Upper Laurel Baptist Church Cemetery (9940 U. S. Hwy 23 N, Delaware, OH 43015).
