She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Fern Arrowood Sr. and Leah King Arrowood; her former husband Rufus Cole; her siblings, Gordon, Bobby Arrowood and June Cole; and her grandson Timmy Cole.

She is survived by: her husband Bill Smith; and her children, Marcia Deweese (Edward), Annette Deweese (Billy), Myrna Cole and Michael Cole (Shirley). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren, and 9 great-great grandchildren.
