He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Eunice and Johnny J. Maloy; his daughter Tammy Lynn Luther; his sister Doris Watson (Frank); and his brother-in-law Earl Hannah.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Rice Maloy; his son James Wesley "Wes" Maloy, Jr. (Lynn); his siblings, Connie Donthnier, Bonnie Hannah, Johnny Maloy and David Maloy; and his grandchildren, Ashley Tanner (Andrew), Brooke Lusk (Roy), Sarah Maloy, Logan Cantarero (Jocelyn) and Dalton Luther (Lexi). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
