We are sad to announce that on May 25, 2024, at the age of 104, Irma Opheim Johnson (Weaverville, North Carolina), born in Foreston, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband W. L. "Mike" Johnson; her sons, James W. Johnson and David A. Johnson; her son-in-law William Rapchak; her parents, Haakon Opheim and Minnie Warnes Opheim; and her brothers, Harlan Opheim and Howard Opheim.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara J. Rapchak; her daughter-in-law Dr. Resa Johnson; her brother Earl Opheim; her grandchildren, Tara Kornblum (Josh), David Johnson (Gabby), Arik Johnson (Alana), Jonathan Rapchak (Krystle) and Alyssa DeMartini (David); and her great grandchildren, Caleb, Noa, James, Jack, Willa, Lane and Torin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
