He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bailey and Ocie Corn Bailey; his wife Martha Sellers Bailey; and his sister Doris Reid. He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Higgins (Buddy); his grandson Justin McCoy (Lisa); his great grandchild Oakley McCoy; his sister Vera Bailey Stroupe; and his close friends, Robert and Pauline James.
