She is survived by: her sons, Jackie Penland (Sue) of Woodfin and Johnny Penland (Nadean) of Marion; her sisters, Marilee Moore of Hot Springs and Wanda Donehower of Asheville; her sister-in-law Martha Ann Moore of Black Mountain; her grandchildren, Karen Ferrell (Mark) of Weaverville, David Penland (Devika) of Asheville and Betsy Burleson (Gregg) of Marion; her stepgrandchildren, Rod Williams (Brittany) and Carrie Goodman of Marion; her great grandchildren, Heather Call (Justin) of Colorado, Jordan Ferrell (Rachel Hawkins) of Greenville, NC, Jaya Penland and Jackson Penland of Asheville; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Lindsay Healy (Rachael) of Forest City and Kirsten Williams of Marion; and her great great grandchildren, Wyatt Call and Zoe Call of Colorado. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
