He was predeceased by: his parents, Lattie H. Ballard and Margaret Shepherd Ballard; his wife Agnes Ruth Ballard; and his daughter Teresa Ballard Roland. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Ballard (Issy) and Lattie Ballard (Alisha); and his siblings, Jean Robinson, Elezene Brown, Mildred Ray and Roy Gus Ballard (Nancy). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
