He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Willard, Hattie Rigsby Rice and Author. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Anglin Rice; his son Trevor Rice (Rachel); his parents, Garland Rice and Alda Honeycutt Rice; his sisters, Cheryl Worley (Kenny) and Sheena Lisenbee (Ronald); and his nieces and nephews, Brittany McFee (Seth), Ashley Worley (Kenny), Leah Lisenbee, Caleb Lisenbee, Justin Cutshall, Hannah Cutshall, Jayla Wallin and Addy McFee.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Madison Funeral Services (1750 NC-213, Marshall, NC 28753).
