He was predeceased by: his parents, Hannibal Radford and Chrystal Hutchinson Radford; and his siblings, Christine, Fred, John Melvin (JM), Hannibal Beard (HB), Louise, Charles Eugene and Lee Roy Radford.
He is survived by: his wife Joy Plemmons Radford; his children, Terry Ben Radford (Karen) and Helen Karen Radford Burdick; his grandchildren, Terry Keith Radford, Pamela Joy Radford Hall, Stephen Kyle Burdick and Kirsten Elaine Burdick Bowles (Elijah); and his great grandchildren, Dorian and Daniel.
