She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Clyde Parham and Alma Johnson Parham; and her husband Taft Marion "Junior" Hurst, Jr.. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Bonnie Hurst of Oteen; her niece Teresa Parham Lane of Atlanta; and her nephews, Kevin Parham of Salisbury, Franklin Mincey of Atlanta and Phil Mincey of Weaverville.
