We are sad to announce that on July 9, 2020, at the age of 55, William Sturgess of Waynesville, North Carolina, born in Daytona Beach, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sturgess and Rose Marie Gilbert Sturgess. He is survived by: his siblings, Rick Green, Beverly "Bev" Steciuk and Cheryl Green; his close friends, Ally Jones, Josh and Amy Dowdle; and also, Landon, Don, Alyssa Sinyard, Sam, Jerry and Lisa Brooks-Thompson.
