He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jimmy" Henry and Ada Franklin Miller; his wife Stella Bradley Miller; his son Robert "Bob" Miller; his grandson James "Jim" Miller; his siblings, Billy O'Neal Miller, John Henry Miller and Betty Miller Fish; and his grandmother Lou Miller Palmer.
He is survived by: his son Larry Miller (Martha); his grandchildren, Angie Miller of Waynesville, Brad Miller of Waynesville and Lori Miller Conner (Michael) of Waynesville; his great grandchildren, Robert Miller (Destiny), Maggie Miller, Evan and Larkin Conner; his great great grandchild Maylee Miller; and his aunt Katie Messer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
