He was predeceased by: his parent Arthur H. "Pete". He is survived by: his parent Gloria Welles (Powell); his wife Sandra M. Welles (LaBelle); his sons, David E. Vickers (Ela) of Chicopee and Michael J. Vickers (Maria) of West Springfield; his grandchildren, Nicole, Kristina, Alyssa, Morgan, David Jr., Alex, Aubrey Lee and Grandpa Bill; his stepmother Barbara Welles of Waynesville, NC; and his siblings, Sue Caron (Albe) of East Hartford, CT and Scott Welles (Tina) of Park City, MT. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
