He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Andrew and Iris De Mae Smith; and his brother Robert Smith. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Smith (Betty); his children, Geoffrey Smith, Robert Lukens (Brantley), Linda Smith and Kristen Hay (Douglas); his grandchildren, Blake Smith, Taylor Hay, Jack Lukens, Sarah Hay, Emma Hay, Meaghan Hay and Ella Lukens; and his sister Mary Ann Foster (Gene). He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
