He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Hanna and Elijah Conard of Waynesville, NC.; his son James Conard; and his siblings, Willis, Junior, Authur Conard, Edna, Viola, Lona, Willa Mae and Zola.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Conard; his children, Joey Conard (Kellie), Tammy Queen (Billy), Rebecca Owens (Scott) and Heather Milligan; his grandchildren, Christopher Mustard (Stacey), Jordan Mustard, Ashley McNeil (Adam), Angela Reeves, Garrett Conard, Charmie Owens and Dillion Queen; and his great grandchildren, Trinity Allen and Halaynah Morgan.
