With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wallace Messer (Waynesville, North Carolina), who passed away on November 19, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Messer and Virginia Dare Rathbone Messer; his daughter Pamela June Stephenson; and his brother Howard Messer. He is survived by: his wife Ada; his sons, Greg Messer (Lee) of Waynesville and Randy Messer (Marlo) of Clyde; his sisters, Marlene Ferguson (Johnny Bruce) of Clyde, Sally Louise Dennison (Jim) of Clyde and Beverly Jean Messer-Evans of Waynesville; his sister-in-law Judy Mathews; his brothers, Robert Messer (Amy) of Clyde, Milton Howard Jr. of Clyde, Jerry Messer (Debbie) of Clyde, Ralph Winford Messer of Clyde and Clifford Messer of Waynesville; his uncle Ralph Messer; his aunt Gertie Fullbright; his granddaughters, Catherine Messer Smith (Ian) and Lillian Ruth Messer; and his great grandchild Ruthie Virginia. He is also survived by family and friends.
