He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Gobel and Flora Elizabeth Arrington Lowe; and his siblings, Robert, Clarence (Buddy), Jack, Billy Joe Lowe, Edith Beasley, Mildred Toy and Baby Polly Anna.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine; his children, Mike Lowe (Angie) of Waynesville and Beth Emerson (Russ) of Fort Worth, TX; his grandchildren, Jesse Lowe (Stephanie) of Waynesville and Annaka Michael (Dillon) of Candler; his great grandchildren, Colt, Tess, Carson, Mollie and Quin; his brother Frank Lowe of Waynesville; and his niece Sandy Horton of Waynesville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
