He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Kirkpatrick and Ola "Faye" Moore Kirkpatrick; his son Gregory Scott Kirkpatrick; his brother Hugh Kirkpatrick; and his brother-in-law Cobern Harrison.
He is survived by: his wife Hattie Suttles Kirkpatrick; his sons, Michael and Steven Kirkpatrick (Nita); his siblings, Betty Harrison, Linda Lydeen (Damon) and Ray Kirkpatrick (Marcia); his grandchildren, Harlee, Makina, Bayli, Ethan, Samantha, Jessica, Boyd and Ava; and his great grandchildren, Hannah, Joseph and Olivia.
