He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Francis and Leila Turner Francis; and his wife Bennie Lou Medford Francis. He is survived by: his children, Sharon McElroy (Rick), Donny Francis (Joy), Larry Francis and Dennis Francis (Tammy); and his brothers-in-law, Dewayne (Rosa) and J. R. Medford. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
