It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Virginia Cochran of Waynesville, North Carolina, who passed away on March 10, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard O. Wilson, Sr. and Virginia Campbell Wilson; and her sister Martha Jane Phillips. She is survived by: her husband James A. Cochran, Jr.; her children, Catherine Balda (Marcel) of Gardenerville, Nevada, Scott Hoyle (Heather) of Minden and David Myers (Courtney) of Waynesville; her brother Richard O. Wilson, Jr.; and her grandchildren, McKenna Hoyle, Tanner Balda, Gage Hoyle, Cole Balda, Truett Myers and Austyn Myers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
