It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vicky Howell of Waynesville, North Carolina, who passed away on December 13, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Houston Moody and Mary Randall Moody; her husband Gerald Howell; and her siblings, Brenda Miller, Frances Fie, John Randall and James Moody.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Moody and Michelle Ammons; her sister Mary Ellen Palagonia; her sisters-in-law, Mildred Randall and Ruby Rogers; and her nieces and nephews, Tammie Phillips, Mary Jane Messer, Amanda Conner, Mary Jane Moody, Stephanie Fisher, Lisa Grasty, Nancy Strickland, Earlene Long, Sherry Wall, Ricky Byington and Michael Fie.
