He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edgar and Thelma Lindsey Justice; his wife Betty Ledford Justice; his daughter Debbie Yarborough; his siblings, Catherine Justice Ledford and Franklin Justice; and his brother-in-law Foye Ledford.
He is survived by: his son Michael Justice of Waynesville; his siblings, Polly Justice Ledford (RL) of Hot Springs, Linda Justice Rathbone (Henry) of Clyde and Joe Justice (Virginia) of Hot Springs; his granddaughters, Brooke Stone, Holly Justice, Ashley Tisdale and Christy Gregory; and also Anne Rathbone. He is also survived by six great-grand sons.
