He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Fortner and Betty Bradley Fortner; and his wife Debbi Guy Fortner. He is survived by: his son Joey Fortner; his close friend Opal Ingle; and his siblings, Ailene Eavenson and Stanley Fortner (Sandy). He is also survived by several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; and several nieces and nephews.
