It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Talmeta Cooper Lindsey of Waynesville, North Carolina, who passed away on May 25, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cooper and Bonnie Cooper; her son Marty Lindsey; her granddaughter Andrea Michelle Jones; her brothers, Beecher Cooper, Arthur "Dink" Cooper and Harold Cooper; and her sister-in-law Carol Cooper.
She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Jones (Dwayne); her grandchildren, Aaron Jones (Carrie), Alyssia Lindsey, Brooke Rios (Hilda) and Kendra Hernandez (Daniel); her great grandchildren, Alexis, Kylei, Lindsey, Aubree, Ryleigh, Jordyn, Cameron, Javin, Josiah and Jeremy; her siblings, Luther Cooper, Tommy Cooper, Freda Bryant and Carolyn Stewart; and her sisters-in-law, Florence, Evelyn, Phyllis and Sandra. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
