She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Blohm and Bonnie Martin Blohm; her husband Gary Joseph Jacobs; her daughter Tammy Ann Jacobs; and her brothers, Bill Blohm and Karl Blohm.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Marie Jacobs and Timothy Lee Jacobs; her grandchildren, Ciara Brie Jacobs, Alyssa Marie Mays (David), Faith Ann Howell, Keagen Reese Krall, Karis Josie Mobley and Kaly Ashai Mobley; and her great grandchildren, Heavyn Mays, Skylyn Mays, Kyren Mays, Gemini Grayson and Ka'oir Ashai Mobley.
