He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Vance and Julia Vance; and his mother-in-law Elzie. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Vance; his sons, Jerry Vance and Mike Vance; and his close friends, Roland Browning, Gary Vance and Ed Thomas.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home, Inc. (220 Main St, Chapmanville, WV 25508). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
