With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ryan Dee Raxter of Waynesville, North Carolina, who passed away on November 8, 2020 at the age of 46. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ryan Dee Raxter to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his father Gary Dee Raxter; and his grandparents, Dee Raxter, Kathleen Raxter and Tennie Woods. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Woods Raxter; his daughter Brianne Raxter; his brother Allan Raxter; and his close friend Jeanne. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles.
In keeping with COVID-19 regulations funeral attendance will be limited to 50 guests and we kindly ask that face masks be worn and social distancing be observed at all times.
