Ruby Boyd Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 30, 2021, at the age of 82, Ruby Boyd of Waynesville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Hobert Ross and Amanda Henson Ross; and her siblings, Geneva R. Smart, Clara R. Swanger, Louise R. Worley, Brown W. Ross, Calvin Ben Ross, Taylor M. Ross and Roy H. Ross, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Joe E. Boyd; her son Ross Boyd of Greenville, SC; her siblings, Betsy R. Buckner of Etowah, NC and Ralph Dean Ross (Barbara) of Waynesville, NC.; and her grandchildren, Brooke Boyd and Blake Boyd. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Encouraging Word Baptist Church, P.O. Box 797, Waynesville, NC 28786, for disaster relief to help families devastated by the flood in the Cruso Community.
