It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roxie Brown of Waynesville, North Carolina, who passed away on June 16, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roe Smith and Dollie Greene Smith; her husband Marvin Reeves Brown; and her son Ronnie Brown. She is survived by: her children, Janet Marlene Messer (Bobby), Robert Marvin Brown (Yvonne) of Waynesville and Bruce Brown of Waynesville; her daughter-in-law Jessica Brown; her grandchildren, Heather Terwillegar (Matt), Ryan Brown and Andrew Messer (Bethany); and her great grandchildren, Maddie Terwillegar, Ian Terwillegar and Emma Hansen-Brown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other special friends.
