He was predeceased by: his parents, Caney Jackson and Beulah Mae Frady Kilby; his wife Marie Kilby; and his siblings, Levosher, Delo, James, Jackson, Ray Kilby, Zoie and Rosetta Kilby.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Wood (Samuel Wood) of Monroe and Scott Kilby (Pam) of Clyde; his sister Zanie Mae Kilby Cook of Candler; his grandsons, Phillip Wood (Amanda), Andrew Wood (Hannah) and Hunter Kilby (Arrah); and his great grandchild Laken Wood.
