We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2023, at the age of 75, Richard Dean Clark (Waynesville, North Carolina), born in Norfolk, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Clark and Norma Jean Marsh Clark. He is survived by: his close friend Barbara Anne Thompson Smathers of Canton; his son Brian Clark of Nebraska; and his siblings, Julie Miller, Joni Miller, Dennis Clark of Arizona and Mark Miller of Nebraska.
