He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joni Elaine Garland and Phillip Harold Garland. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Garland; his daughter Wendy Rogers (Jeremy); his brother Jack Garland (Andrea); his grandchildren, Paige Rogers, Aidan Rogers and Ian Rogers; and his great grandchildren, Creed Rogers and Cohen Rogers.
