It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pauline Mathis of Waynesville, North Carolina, who passed away on October 4, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Wyatt and Alice Dehart Wyatt; her husband Ralph Mathis; and her siblings, Tommy Wyatt, Charles Wyatt, Kathleen Rich and Betty Presnell.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Mathis (Rhonda) of Waynesville and Kaye Daley (Bill) of Tucker, GA; her sister Mildred Burrell; her sister-in-law Ruth Wyatt; her grandchildren, Heather Cook (Bronson), Ronald Mathis and Dixie Daley; and her great grandchildren, Jaci and Kenzie Cook.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Allen's Creek Baptist Church, 549 Allen's Creek Rd., Waynesville, NC 28786.
