With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul Newton Riddle (Waynesville, North Carolina), born in Graham, North Carolina, who passed away on January 23, 2022 at the age of 94. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Riddle and Maude Wiggins Riddle; and his daughter Wanda Riddle. He is survived by: his wife Ellovee "Ella" Mauck Riddle; his children, Jerry Riddle (Marta) of Canton, Stan Riddle (Anne) of Clyde, Ronnie Riddle (Thomasine) of Sylva, Linda Aldredge of Waynesville and Lena McMillan of Waynesville; and his brothers, Steve Riddle (Opal) of Robbinsville and Dee Riddle (June) of Georgia. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
