He is survived by: his children, Palmer Mintz, Carla Mintz (Zachary Williams) and Vega; his brothers, Gene Mintz (Barbara), Boyd Mintz and Dewey Mintz; the mother of his children Carlene Moody; and his mother-in-law Rosie Mae Moody. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
