She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Elmer" and Fannie Mae Stevenson Chambers; her husband Grover Cleveland Francis; and her siblings, Marybee Sheehan, Susie McCarson, Elizabeth Sherrill, Steve and Shorty Chambers.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles R. "Bob" Francis (Betty) of Waynesville, James S. "Jim" Francis (Joyce) of Waynesville and Billy R. Francis (Jennifer) of Ohio; her brother James "Cat" Chambers (Betty) of Clyde; her grandchildren, Ronny Francis, Krista Francis, Rebecca "Becky" Heil, Tony Francis and Kaylen Francis; her great grandchildren, Abi, Erica, Ashley Dawn, Everett and Alyx; and her great great grandchild Rosemary.
