She was predeceased by: her parents, William Roy and Elizabeth Reeves Francis; her husband Jesse Fowler; her sister Jane Dudley Francis; and her sons, Greggory and Eric Fowler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judith Jane Fowler and Patti Caskey; and her grandsons, Andy, Adam, Alex and Austin Fowler. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
