Nancy Lee Bulluck Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Lee Bulluck of Waynesville, North Carolina, who passed away on December 15, 2021 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Garland and Elsie Garland; her sister Kathryn Obenshain; and her husband Matthew Bulluck. She is survived by: her siblings, John Garland and Pat Hoge; her friends, Doyle Teague and Hollie Burris; her pets, Boogie and Woodrow; and also Rescue Foundation. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
This event led Nancy and other animal welfare activists to form the nonprofit Sarge's Animal Rescue Foundation in 2006.
