He is survived by: his wife Janet Grace Carlson; his siblings, Colin McDougall of Robbinsville, Donald McDougall of Battleground, WA, Janet McDougall of Robbinsville and William "Bill" McDougall of Ogden, UT.; his children, Heather McDougall, Cheri McDougall of Sylva, Lori McDougall of Sylva, Michael McDougall (Diane) and James McDougall (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Clarissa Carroll (Zane), James-Ian, Meryem, Ethan, David, Landen, Nate, Jeremiah, Hanaa and Hope; and his great grandchildren, Zoee and Elias.
