He was predeceased by: his parents, Mortimer Bacon and Dorothy M. Kalber Bacon; his daughters-in-law, Collen Mintz and Karen Mintz; and his stepson Chris Mintz.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Bacon; and his grandsons, Jonah Cogburn and Morty (Dorothy). He is also survived by one daughter; one son; two stepsons; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
