He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Johnny Pressley, Edith Messer Pressley, Alfred Hightower and Mae T. Hightower. He is survived by: his parents, Mack Hightower and Rose Pressley Hightower; his daughter Mandalyn Hightower; and his brothers, Michael (Kim) and Mark. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
