Webb, Jr; her father Wyatt Martin; her stepmother Ann Martin; her daughter Connie Peppers of Macon, GA; her stepdaughters, Samantha and Jodie Webb of Mt. Airy, GA; her son James Clayton Rice of Hull, GA; and her siblings, Joseph Martin of Norcross, GA and Victoria Williams (Jimmy) of Eatonton, GA. She was also cherished by two nieces; one nephew; and many friends.
