She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Trantham and Mattie Green Trantham; her children, Buddy Buchanan and Martha Buchanan; and her granddaughter Jill Brown.
She is survived by: her husband Lewis Buchanan; her children, Kenny Buchanan (Rita) and Glenda Cagle; her grandchildren, Jerry Cagle, Jennifer Cagle and Jason Griffin; and her great grandchildren, Haven Sawyer, Aalieah Cagle, Kaden Cagle and Bailey Griffin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
